2022 Knitting Retreat
It is time for the first annual Finnegan’s Run Knitting Retreat!!

Price: $325 (this includes a $100 non-refundable fee)

Join us for a weekend of laughter, camaraderie, knitting and fun at Finnegan’s Run, located in historic Fredericksburg, VA. The weekend will start at 4pm on Friday, July 22nd with Happy Hour at the shop. Pick your sweater pattern for the project that you will be starting, get your yarn and create your gauge swatch. We will end the day around 7pm. We pick up again at 9am Saturday morning with a continental breakfast at the shop and a day filled with knitting on your sweater. Get customized help as we guide you through your project and answer any questions you may have. We will break for a scavenger hunt and lunch, then resume for an afternoon of knitting and fun and games. We will end at 5pm when the trolley will pick us up and take us downtown for a wonderful dinner at La Petite Auberge. After a scrumptious meal, the trolley will pick us up and safely return us to the shop. Sunday morning, we gather once more at 9am for a brunch that Cathy and Peg will prepare for you. We will end the weekend with a show and tell and celebration of you, our friends. Bring items that you have finished (or are still working on) to share with the group and provide everyone with inspiration for their next project.

Rooms are available at The Hyatt Place – Mary Washington, 1245 Emancipation Hwy, Fredericksburg, VA 22401 with a special rate of $129 per room until June 22, 2022. The Hyatt is conveniently located directly across from the shop in Eagle Village.
