Return Policy

• Full Price Yarn: Store Credit ONLY given within 90 days of full priced yarn purchased still in original condition.
• ALL Needles, Books, Patterns, Special Orders, Notions, Gift Items, and Discounted Items are FINAL SALE
• Special Orders require a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit.

 

Discount Policy

• 10% Discount for most in-stock class supplies. Discount excludes special orders, looms, and loom rentals.
• Only one promotional discount can be used per transaction. This includes class discount, rewards points, coupons, and other promotions.

 

Rewards Program – UPDATED October 1, 2021

• Receive 1 point per $1.00 spent
• Earn 100 points and receive $5.00 off a purchase. In increments of 100 points only.
• You can use points as you earn them or let them accumulate.
• Max amount of points to be used in one transaction is up to 50% off the purchase total.
• Rewards points are considered a promotional discount, only one promotional discount can be used per transaction
