English to Continental ZOOM Class
Continental Knitting is an alternative way to knit where you hold your working yarn in the left hand. Many find it faster, especially the knit stitch. The ability to alternate between the knit and purl stitch is much quicker and makes easy work of seed and/or ribbing stitches. May help alleviate hand and wrist pain. Knowing both methods, English & Continental Knitting will help make colorwork easier.
